I have a few pieces of furniture if anyone wants for cheap- old desk (great for student) ($25), desk chair ($10), typewriter table ($10), Oval glass top table with four dining chairs ($100), computer desk ($25), Living end table and coffee table ($15). Baker Furniture Entertainment Center (33″ inch space for TV (will give buyer free working home entertainment TV with purchase)., $300. Brass Newspaper Container ($10), Misc. Needlepoint items (all for $30).
Cash and Immediately Carry only.
LIMITED VIEWING TIMES ONLY- Sunday, August 28 (12-4) or Monday, August 29 (12-3). Harbor Crest Condo (1639 Harbor Avenue, Seattle, WA 98126). Call Millie and BIll Sanders on the Condo Box at door of condo.

The Mildred Sanders Estate Sale will be held in her penthouse condo unit at Harbor Crest which looks directly at the City of Seattle Skyline and Harbor (view from balcony is above). The unit is directly across from the West Seattle Water Taxi Departure point by the Alki Fish and Crab Company. Mildred Sanders(and her late husband, Bill), were residents of West Seattle for over 25 year years, travelled extensively and did thirteen trips around the world. They were both long-time Boeing employees.

Estate Sale includes:
Beautiful collection of classic deco living room furniture including a long brown deco coach, end table set,drawer unit with two drawers, end table with one drawer, tall table lamps and beautiful custom made Baker Entertainment Center with TV, two beautiful arm chairs
Also glass kitchen table, with four chairs, misc. specialty glass and china (from their world travels), old kitchenware (Mirro Springform pan and cookie press in original boxes), pots and pans, old lamp,upright freezer,card table.
Bedroom set with King Size Electropedic Adjustable Mattresses, headboard, bed bench, two night stands and two four drawer matching chest drawers (with bedding). Needlepoint magnifying lamp, needlepoint stand, misc. comforters,Needlepoint patterns
Two desks, locking computer desk, black leather foldout sleeping couch, typewriters (both electric and manual), two drawer locking file cabinet, note cards and office supplies, fax machine with fax machine supplies, computer printer Beautiful shoes and clothing (size 16 and smaller), Lots of luggage, travel bags and travel supplies.
Misc old fashion holiday decorations, misc. elderly equipment including rolling scooters, walker and shower chair
Terms and Conditions:
On both days of the sale, security will be posted at the door and only 20 people will be allowed in the condo unit at one time. Check in at the front door. All sales will be final and all sales will be for cash or money order. NO CHECKS. A sign identifying the location of the estate sale will be posted the week of the sale.
Balloons will be tied on the balcony of the unit the first day of the sale since no signage is allowed on the condo. Additionally, purchaser will be responsible to remove items from condo after purchase. We are not responsible for injuries. NO YOUNG CHILDREN, FOOD OR PETS PERMITTED. Inquires on the sale of the
