ROLE DESCRIPTION:

WiRL (Women in Real Life) Leadership Series is looking for a self-starting, talented and enthusiastic Marketing & Community Manager to join join our growing team.

This person will be responsible for managing all marketing and promotional material for WiRL including, but not limited to, email campaigns, print flyers, web content, social media content and presentations. Additionally, this person will be responsible for managing a community of WiRL Thought Leaders to include best-selling authors, motivational speakers and leadership experts.

WiRL is a growing start-up based out of Seattle, Washington that is committed to transforming the face of Women’s Leadership Development by redefining it in 21st century terms. We work with rising star mid-level women and the allies and leaders who will eventually promote them. Our Blended Approach combines interactive online sessions with Insight-to-Action Coaching and senior leader engagement to ensure that there is learning and results at every level of the organization. REQUIRED SKILLS:

-Experience meeting deadlines, wearing multiple hats and juggling tasks

-Strategic integrated marketing across multiple channels including web, email, social media and print

-Experience contributing to or managing WordPress websites

-Community management and exceptional customer service experience

-Experience and competency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word

-Branding and design experience

-Design experience using the Adobe CC (primarily Photoshop and InDesign)

-Personal interest and alignment with our goals to achieve gender equality in the workplace through leadership development

-HTML & CSS experience

-Experience using Infusionsoft

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION:

This is a paid position offering $20-25/hour depending on experience & qualifications
