Has anyone else experienced a disappearing police report as the result of their new communications system? I’m receiving call backs from the 911 center about a case from September that was apparently ‘dropped’. Following up four days later, the case still can’t be found.

Anyone with similar trouble? The case is a theft/fraud case.
