I took a cab home to West Seattle late Friday night and for some reason, didn’t end up at my house. Cab driver left me somewhere unfamiliar and I subsequently stumbled around for some time and wound up finding a very generous man and his young son who drove me home finally. Somewhere in the mess, I was separated from my black iPhone 4s in a slim black otter box case. I will offer $100 to the person who can return it to me, more if you are the man who saved my night and took me home. You sir, are a saint.

I lost it somewhere in West Seattle, Admiral/Alki area. Please post to here if you think you may have it and I will share my email. Thank you so much for possibly helping me reunite with a very important item!

I hope you find it. I’m glad you did the responsible thing and took a cab.

Thank you, and yes, never ever would have driven. I hopefully will speak to the cab driver and find out exactly why I didn’t get home where I should have. Definitely was not cool at all.

Wonder if the cabbie didn’t want to chance you getting sick in his car? I know we’ve been denied rides from cab drivers who saw how intoxicated some in our group were. Either way, he shouldn’t have just dropped you off at a location that wasn’t your home, if that’s the address you supplied. I’m glad you were lucky and found a kind and honest stranger to help you reach your destination. Fingers crossed your phone shows up, too!

On the off chance you have the app installed, have you tried Find My iPhone?
