From a friend in a car…there’s a loose dog headed west on SW Admiral Way, almost got hit by a car crossing the Ave. Medium sized, black and white w/ lilac bandana. Could be part Australian Shepherd. This was just a few minutes ago at about 9:40am. If you know of someone whose doggie got out..he/she’s on the move :)
I tried to go around the block when I first saw the dog at 9:40 this morning – the dog stopped traffic along Admiral better than any pedestrian I’ve ever seen. I co0uldn’t find him in the area west of Lafayette. Dogs and their shortcuts to who-knows-where.
A missing dog notice filed at VCA in early May describes a similar-looking dog, so I put a call in to the owner. No word back.
