Looking for an occasional parking spot near Alki, will barter tours or pay!

Hi! I’m a small private tour guide operator (OK, it’s just me :-), and a few of my tours stop on Alki. As you all know, parking can be brutal on Alki, especially on a sunny weekend! I am wondering if anyone has a parking spot near Alki for 1 car that I may use for about an hour a few times a week, sometime between 1-2:30pm. My tours are small, max of 4 people so this isn’t a bus, just 1 SUV. I’m happy to barter tours for your friends/family/guests or pay to use the spot if you would prefer that. Many thanks for any help you can provide!
