    Hey WS Community,

    We are in need of a good plumber to fix a leaky shower, and of course want a decent price. Please reply with recommendations. Also, anyone use South West Plumbing – thoughts?

    honest, ethical, afforable and competent. He’ll trouble-shoot with you over the phone if it is an easy fix for DIY’ers.

    Also O’Neill Plumbing on California have been excellent at reasonable prices.

    southwest has had a terrible reputation for years around here.

    Update: Joe was just here and fixed our problem in less than 15 minutes! Price was right and he is a great guy. Thanks again WS Community!!!

    Joe’s phone message says he will be out of the office for an undermined amount of time. I need a reliable competent not too pricey plumber to fix a couple of leaks, replace a toilet seal and install a new bathroom cabinet. Suggestions?

    +1 for Tim Sweeney, He replaced my dead/leaking water heater the next morning after being called. He was helpful and saved me a bunch of money. He’s local and at the time was a sponsor of WSB.

    After reading all the plumber suggestions here on WSB, I also had a great experience with Tom Bevens and Affordable Plumbing, (206) 931-3365 http://affordableplumbingofwestseattle.com

    He was very smart, honest, good sense of humor and sincerely did his best to help with a really bad situation. Can’t recommend him enough.
