Lead Carpenter Needed! General Contractor who specializes in building backyard cottages (DADU’s) is seeking a well qualified lead carpenter. Must have a great attention to detail and be able to multi task. Must know how to anticipate the flow of a project. Must be able to direct a helper and help with the subs needs. Must have good people skills and be able to talk with homeowners, subs etc….

Skills! Concrete formwork, Framing (that means stairs, & roofs) Cabinets (help with layout) Windows & Doors , Siding (hard lap & panel) Interior Trim & Exterior Trim, Tile (light)

Must be able to read plans and direct 1 to 2 workers efficiently.

Looking for someone to run the project from start to finish. Will pay well ($35-$40hr)

I am looking for someone who is motivated and interested in getting their foot in the door in a growing company.
