Lamp Renovation?

I have a compact florescent torchiere that I bought several years ago. It seemed like a good alternative to halogen lamps, but the ballast went out shortly after I got it and I could never find anyone who could fix it. I like the lamp and I don’t want to get rid of it. Instead, I’d like to find someone who could convert it into an LED lamp. Do any of you know of someone in West Seattle who does that kind of work?

Its not West Seattle, I’ve used Harold’s Lighting in Wallingford for lamp repair. I thought it was reasonable. (206) 633-2557

There is a gentleman at the Junction True Value who does lamp repair, sorry I don’t remember his name, but I would give them a call. He works part time.
