    Does anybody know a place here in West Seattle that sharpens kitchen knives and is open on the weekend or after 5pm on a weekday? Thanks in advance.

    Last spring we took our kitchen knives to Scott McClure and are very happy with the results. Scott is at http://www.sharper-tools.com He works out of his house & I believe he can accommodate evening or weekends.
