The “JACK BLOCK LIGHT RAIL” Alternative has a more futuristic and less environmental alternive to cross the Dawamish. “SUSPENDED RAILs BELOW THE WEST SEATTLE BRIDGE”
No or little impact on the Dawamish River. No Tunnels, no new bridge….

Why haven’t we heard more on the “JACK BLOCK LIGHT RAIL TRANSIT CENTER?”
