It depends on how you define GOOD: Baskin Robbins sells ice cream cakes. They are on Admiral way east of California. They share the Starbucks parking lot. If you have a toxic treats issue, it might be worth getting pre-made cake and ice cream from PCC (Go Full Tilt!) and create your own cake wreck.

We are fans of the Baskin and Robbins ice cream cakes at our house. I swear I’ve seen them in a freezer near the gelato at Safeway, too, but never tried them.

Can’t recommend them from personal experience, but Dairy Queen offers their “Blizzard” flavors incorporated into cakes:
