West Seattle sculptor looking for sculpting and/or storage space.
I am hoping to find 200-800 sq. ft. within or near to West Seattle, in which to work on my sculpture and to store some materials, supplies and non-valuable sundries. Part of a garage would be ideal. I have two websites where you can gain a better idea of who I am and what I do.
I will trade rent for, carpentry work, cabinetry work, Art – Sculpture, Paintings, Drawings, Pottery, Stained glass; and even some care giving – Driving, Shopping, Cleaning.
As my situation changes, I may be able to change to some cash rent, or to all cash rent.
Type and amount of trade can be worked out between us, and will of course be more substantial depending on the amenities of the space.
