I’m looking to discover the builder for the site at the address of 2167 HARBOR AVE SW.
Two weeks ago my girlfriend and I were running on Harbor/Alki and I slowed down to pick up our dog’s droppings. As she ran by the construction site, on the other side of the street, the 4 construction workers yelled at my girlfriend (tall, attractive blonde woman) in Spanish from across the street while they were lounging in their staging garage around 5pm. I caught up and yelled at them to leave my girlfriend alone from across the street and we ran on. On the way back I was glaring from across the street and they came out of the garage to yell at me and ask why I was mad, pretending I people couldn’t understand their Spanish. I told them not to catcall my girlfriend. From there they aggressively motioned for me to come to the four of them, which I did not and we ran onward again.
I would like to speak to the manager of the construction company as I can’t believe the behavior I received from these men on their work site.
