House Mate for mother in law space

Looking for a house mate for a large 4 bedroom house in West Seattle. The space is large with a separate kitchen, bath, living area, lots of storage and opens to a big back yard. A single woman would be preferred, but I also have an extra bedroom upstairs and could accomodate a single mom with kid(s). I have two young kids that are there part of the time. $1500/mo with all utilities included. It’s near Lincoln Park, block from C line stop. Very nice place if I do say so myself.
