It looks like the CEO finally wants someone to back me up in the accounting department. So, I am looking for an Accounting Controller.

What I am looking for as a starting point.

Accounting degree, CPA, 5 to 7 years of experience with one + year of management experience. Background of banking and/or hedge funds would be a plus. We operate on Great Planes software, experience not required. You should have a positive attitude and a desire to work for a small start up. The position reports directly to the CFO (me). Some overtime is expected but hours are flexible. Our office is just North of Pikes Market on Western Ave.
