PT Help Cleaning/Organizing in West Seattle

We are looking for someone to help clean a simple short term rental we have in West Seattle. It’s a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom place with a small mini-kitchen and near the Alaskan Junction.

It should take as little as 30-40 minutes, to one hour max to clean the whole unit. Duties include: changing out two bed linens, wiping down the bathroom and small mini kitchen, vacuuming, folding towels, and taking out the garbage. In most cases, the guests are tidy, as they are reviewed on how clean they leave the place.

We’d love to find someone to do this on a regular basis that has the flexibility to do it during the middle of the week, and/or on weekends – usually between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. There may be as many as 2 – 3 of these cleanings during the week. We’d also love some help organizing/cleaning our main house & garage as well – which is at the same address as the rental unit.

This would be ideal for someone who lives/works in West Seattle, naturally good at/enjoys cleaning/organizing, and is looking to earn some extra $$.
