Help please … Rat in my basement!

Can someone please recommend a couple of exterminators to get rid of rats in a home and figure out how they are getting in? I know there are previous posts about this, but I need to call someone now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

John with Adept Pest Solutions. He’s the best! Honest, reasonable, thorough. We had a problem in our crawlspace for years (without actually realizing how long it’d be going on) and John found spots others hadn’t. He spent a lot of time on our problem, followups included in his price. Doesn’t try to get you on a plan. Instead his goal is to find how they’re getting in and seal it up.

I just called both places. Adept Pest Solutions can come out today. Rambo Total Pest Control not until tomorrow morning. They are too busy with existing appts. Yikes, what’s up with all these rats?! Thanks again for the quick replies. I really appreciate it and am so grateful for WSB.
