HELP!!! light at Admiral/California

Yes, I have notified SDOT. HELP!!!! This morning, a five-block backup on Admiral, and the green light just long enough to let four cars through. Is anyone home? Is anyone watching what takes place when the traffic signals are changed? Hello, McGinn? Basic services are the building blocks of city efficiency.

(apologies if this has already been covered, I am sorry I do not keep up on this board on a daily basis)
