Grassroots Marketing Rules in West Seattle

Hello!
I am managing a relatively new business in West Seattle: YogaSix! We are located next to the Whole Foods on Fauntleroy Way SW. A big part of my job is grassroots marketing activities where I need to set up a table or a tent to share what we have to offer with the community. Nothing would be sold. I want to be respectful of any rules around setting up a table or tent in front of other businesses and in local parks in our neighborhood. Can anyone point me to the proper avenue for learning any rules and regulations around these type of grassroots marketing activities?
