We are getting a Thermopride 95% efficient gas furnace installed next week by Genesee. Thermopride is a top quality brand not well known in the West, but Genesee, Glendale, and Rossoe install them. Also, Genesee carries York furnaces, which have the modulating gas valve feature, it’s the latest gas saving technology to come out. My Mom has a Thermopride, and I put one in my rental. I believe this months Comsumers Digest/ Reports (no longer have the mag.)has a piece on furnaces. If you get a bid from Rossoe, request they not send the kid, nice guy, but doesn’t have enough experience behind him. Good luck.
