    We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic Porter/Groundskeeper for our 200 + unit apartment communities located in West Seattle, WA.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    -Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings.
    -Removes trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
    -Prepares property trash for city pick-up.
    -Assists in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
    -Performs assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
    -Assists in the cleaning of available apartments and/or models.
    -Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Director.
    -Meticulously maintains curb appeal.
    -Represents the community in a professional manner at all times-on/off property.
    -Delivers communication documentation to residents.
    -Ensures that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner.
    -Learns and ensures compliance with all company, local, state and federal safety rules.

    Qualifications
    -Reliable Transportation
    -Basic proficiency of reading and writing of the English language.
    -Willingness to perform all required tasks.
    -Demonstrated knowledge of work safety habits.
    -Ability to professionally represent the company.
    -Attention to detail ‐ meticulous.
    -Ability to organize and prioritize work.
    -Ability to interact effectively with staff and residents.
    -Ability to work individually and with a team.
    -Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
    -Ability to work outside in different elements.
