Providence HealthMemberFT Preschool Teacher at the Intergenerational Learning Center
The Intergenerational Learning Center (ILC) in West Seattle is looking for a full-time teacher for the young toddler class to join our unique, award-winning child care program.
The ILC is located within Providence Mount St. Vincent (The Mount), a 400-bed skilled nursing care and assisted living facility in West Seattle. Our program is unique in that interaction between the children and The Mount’s residents is an integral part of daily activities. Also, our NAEYC-accredited program includes a philosophy based on problem-solving, where teachers act as facilitators and guides encouraging children to think of solutions to problems that may arise throughout their day.
The successful candidate will team-up with two other teachers to co-teach a young toddler class of up to 12 children ages 12-24 months. We offer excellent benefits, including medical, health, dental, vision and retirement benefits. The Mount is located at 4831 35th Ave. SW not far from Camp Long.
