    Came home from a weekend at the coast to find a vintage Puch bicycle in my backyard.

    Tell me the model, the components and the color to claim.

    I did call Seattle PD, who then tell me to call SDOT who now deals with found bicycles. I have no idea why.

    We also run found/stolen bicycles in Crime Watch and have had some reunions. I’ll mention in the next one. Will also ask SPD about the SDOT thing – that doesn’t make any sense … TR

    Yeah, I thought it was kind of hokey as well. I even asked the officer on the Seattle non-emergency line again and he even gave me the SDOT number to call.

    Utterly stupid.
