    A male Great Pyrenees was found wandering on Barton St this morning and brought to West Seattle Animal Hospital to check for a microchip. The vets thought they knew the owner, but the phone number is out of date.

    If you are missing this dog, please contact West Seattle Animal Hospital in Jefferson Square (42nd & Alaska-ish?) They are holding him for now in order to try to find his parent.

    (I did not see or find this dog – am posting on behalf of a friend who happened to be at the animal hospital)

    Hi, unless there is another Great Pyrenees on the loose, I believe this has been resolved – I got notes almost simultaneously from finder and owner, and contacted both before ever having to post them to the Pets page … happens that way sometimes with dogs! – TR
