Both pieces of equipment are little over a year old, barely used, fully functional and like new. Both have spent all their time indoors in a climate-controlled room and away from the elements. All owners manuals and documents are available. Each one comes with a protective rubber floor-mat. We haven’t been using them and we need the room.

You need a minimum of 7 feet height clearance for these pieces of equipment. If you’re over 6 feet tall you’ll need at least 7 1/2 feet for the TreadClimber. These wouldn’t be good in a low-ceiling basement, for example.
They’re $100 each. If you want to take them both you can have the pair for $150. You will need to bring a pickup truck or larger to haul them away. I’ll help you load.
