Can anyone out there recommend a nice long drive today to look at fall colors? Thank you!
head over I-90, the pass, to Cle Elum. Or just before Cle Elum go to Roslyn, Ronald, Salmon La Sac (along the Cle Elum River). It’s doable in an afternoon..and will probably be beautiful.
Chuckanut Drive Loop – I-5 North past Mt Vernon to Chuckanut Drive. It’s long but a nice day trip.
Also go up to Granite Falls, also off I-5 Northbound.
Google for exact directions but either drive is gorgeous.
Chuckanut Drive is beautiful. Do it if you can.
I just did the I-90 drive yesterday to Roslyn to eat at The Brick. The summit is beautiful right now with fall colors.
Hwy 2 to Leavenworth was gorgeous on Friday!
Yesterday we drove via I-90 to Wenatchee and hiked the Pacific Crest Trail, many colors of gold, red, yellow and orange! Breath-taking!
