Dogs on the new Hiawatha Turf Field

Today at the Hiawatha Turf Field, I watched a man let his larger black dog go #2 right on the FIELD! When I went in to tell the man at the desk, he went looking for the guy and told me that he believes it might be the same guy who did it a few months ago.

People, it is against the law to have your dog, leash or not on an athletic field. And on top of that, have the nerve to NOT clean up after your dog? That guy is giving good dog owners a bad name.

According to the man at the center, the guy drives a black or gray truck, parks in the high school parking lot and has a larger black dog. He has a video of the guy doing it.

maybe next time he (the man at the center), or someone , can also get a video of his license plate #…

please call seattle animal control and if they don’t have anything urgent they should be out there ASAP

turf is a bit more difficult to “clean” so it is gross.
