Does your friend or neighbor have a 'new' dog?

Our Jack Russell escaped or was taken from our backyard in Highland Park. ‘Minty’ is a 14lb White dog with a brown face and spots on body and tail. She is SUPER friendly. She’s micro-chipped, but hasn’t turned up at any shelters, vets, etc. We think someone may have fallen in love with her and is keeping her for themselves. Do you know anyone who has recently adopted a small white dog? THANK YOU
