GoldieParticipantI need a new general (female) doctor and wonder if you have any recommendations on the doctors at Swedish here in West Seattle. Also do they still have the problem with putting folks on hold forever? Thanks

luckymom30ParticipantOur family doctor is at Swedish 3400 Calif Ave and has been for years, we have not been placed onhold forever, once. Everytime we call the phone is answer quickly and most times we get same day appointments.

GoGoParticipantDr Whittaker is my doc at Swedish West Seattle. She is very kind and takes the time to really listen to you. I haven’t had any on hold problems either.

JEMParticipantI go to Dr. Dobrina Okorn – love her. Not sure if she is taking new patients right now though. I’ve also used Dr. Tregelus but found she was booked up a lot.

CaitParticipantThe husband/wife team are actually the Guerras. They are great, but if you are looking for someone to take a little more time with you, I suggest Dr. Okorn – love her.

kilikiMemberI’ve seen both Dr. Summerfield and Dr. Whittaker. Both are patient and helpful. I’ve never had a problem with being placed on hold for a long period of time.

BonnieParticipantI see Dr. Hyde and like her but must say that one time last summer I had to go in and Dr. Hyde was oot and I saw Dr. Whittaker. I loved her. She called me at home, checked up on me the next day. She was the best! (not complaining about Dr. Hyde at all she is very good…just saying Dr. Whittaker was wonderful)

Betty TMemberMy daughter, he 4 yr.old twin girls and I all see Dr. Okorn. When not available see Dr. Sierra Guerra. I’ve seen Dr. Summerfield on short notice. She was thorough. We’ve been going there for nearly 6 yrs. Never stuck on hold for more than seconds. It’s a busy clinic. I’m going there this afternoon for mamogram in the mobile unit.
