Hi all! i watched this movie last night and was intrigued that it was based on a real story but then when i tried to find it on google, there was nothing there, does anyone know about this story? i swear i heard about it before but just cant find the info….it was the masterson family in arizona…

To start with it is a movie.

Second it is a horror movie.

Third it is a low budget horror movie that aspires to the grade “b”.

According to IMDB, the same person is the writer, director, producer, editor, cinematographer and caterer.

There is no credit for “researcher”.

OK so I lied about him being the caterer.

Horror movies that claim to be based on a “true story” never are.

Did you look on iMDB? here’s its listing there:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1160317/

Looks like there are also a fair amount of items if you google with “Joseph Masterson” in quotes (boolean) and arizona after it. If you don’t Google things with boolean queries, meaning framing the key term in quotes so that you will only get that EXACT term, results can be lousy.
