Here at South West Plumbing we strive to exceed customer expectations.

Our company started out here, in West Seattle, 35 years ago with just one truck. The owners have always stressed customer service as an expectation allowing us to have many valued customers that come back again and again.

As an entry level customer service representative you will need to be a team player! If you’re someone who is friendly, detail oriented, thoughtful and have a genuine love for providing exceptional customer service we would love the chance to see if you would be a good addition to the South West Plumbing family.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be taking inbound customer service calls, booking appointments and assisting in various areas of marketing.

Applicants must be good listeners, have a friendly – clear – and professional voice, you must have great attention to detail, general computer skills and good handwriting.

It is important that you have a flexible schedule. Currently we are looking for someone full time to fill our mid afternoon and weekend shifts.

Attitude is more important than experience!
