    I know that was a Bus Only lane, but when there was a diamond in it, people assumed it meant it was a carpool lane. Now the diamond is gone so there’s no reason for SOV’s to drive in it. and we do have technology to indicate which route to take…at least on 35th near Avalon. I swear it always says 4 minutes to 99 and 5 minutes to I-5 constantly.

    jtm, on the very rare occasion that I need to drive to 99 in the morning, I actually hop over to Delridge and get on that way, to totally avoid having to merge, even though I already live on Fauntleroy. I just take Fauntleroy to Avalon, turn on Genessee, left on Delridge, and go up that way. I can’t stand merging, and I don’t want to be the one who holds up the bus, so I find it saver and easier to spend the extra time that takes and get on that way and I’m already in the lane I need to be in.

    off-topic: i was just going through my recent posts, looking for another traffic thread, and wsb told me this about an untitled thread:
