Correct sagging house corner

Can anyone recommend someone to raise a sagging corner on a small old house? The concrete has been repaired in the crawl space, but the corner needs to be leveled before a new roof can be put on. I know one of the floor joists needs to be fixed as well. Money is very, very tight & I know this is often considered a DIY job – just not one that this 60 yo woman feels comfortable doing. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Try calling Eric Sawade 206-235-8807, Sawade Construction to see if that’s something he would do. Very good, and very reasonable rates.

When you find someone and/or get the job done post again let us know how it goes and approx.cost. We need our front porch corner lifted as well and the idea daunts me…
