Is it ridiculously expensive to cut concrete out?

I have no idea.

I’m hoping to price cutting out portions of an already-existing concrete patio approx. 14×14 sq.ft., about 31/2″ thick, I’m guessing.

The catch is, I want it cut out in symmetrical pieces to be reused as a small retaining wall. I don’t want it jack-hammered to bits.
