For your computer, I recommend IT Headquarters (formerly PC Mobile) on California in-between Morgan and Alaska Junctions. I have always had fast and quality service there. They might be able to help you with the other issues, too.

I would recommend Ken Davis 206-351-1132. He works from his home near highpoint.
