    I have a chair cushion that I am going to need to be recovered. Is there anyone in West Seattle that does this type of thing? Any experience with them?

    I had chair cushions remade at Fits All Alterations on California SW. I brought in the cushions, plus the new fabric I wanted to use, and appropriate zippers. They reproduced the original cushion cover exactly. I’ve gone there for clothing alterations as well, and they always do excellent work. I’m not sure if/when the shop is open during the pandemic, but it’s worth a try.

    Burien Upholsteery, 14205 1st Ave. South, Burien, 206-243-0302. I have not used them but they have been there for a long time & I’ve seen them recommended many times.
