There’s a poor seagull stuck on the 2nd floor balcony at Fairview condo’s on Harbor Ave SW. The building is across the street from the West Seattle water taxi. It’s been trying to fly free for at least 6 hours now and is clearly getting worn out… Do you know anyone who can help? The balcony is open access from the road… Firemen, please?

sarvery does not come out to rescue the animals, the animal has to be already in a carrier or container of sorts

From what the poster described to me was.

A seagull got “stuck” in a semi enclosed glass balcony. It was getting dark, so the gull probably has no “sense” of getting out.

Sadly the condo complex is next to her, and she could not get a hold of anyone.

I suggested to her, this am to go push buttons and/or find the property manager.

I also let her know that NEITHER paws, seattle animal control or sarvery will come out to help get it out.

So if she or some one is willing to handle the gull or show the gull the way to get out, great if not to call me and as long as everyone has permission to be on the property to help the gull the situation can be solved today.

    HH
