When I drove by at 4:50, there was an SPD car pulled over to the right at the crest of the bridge next to an empty late-’90s white compact sedan. I saw no other people around, nor any other cars. I hope nothing happened, but I have a feeling someone jumped. However, I couldn’t find anything on the city 911 log when I looked, so who knows.
