Growing Local Burger Chain seeks Rock Star Front of the House Boss

We offer a fun environment and a chance to learn new management skills. As a Front of House Boss, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the Front of the House Operations for up to (2) locations. It will be up to you to make sure that operations are running smoothly while providing great customer service for our guests. This job pays between $30,000 to $35,000 annually.

THE JOB:

 Leads the Front of the House to ensure that excellent restaurant operations are consistently achieved.

 Responsible for the training and development of team members.

 Write weekly labor schedule

 Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

 Maintains a positive work environment for team members and guests during each shift and drops the hammer when needed.

 A bunch of other stuff we forgot to include

 Have as much fun as possible while at work.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE JOB

 excellent guest service skills

 Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities

 Ability to work in a fast paced environment

 Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

 Ability to communicate efficiently to help keep all team members informed

 Ability to work nights, weekends

 Must be at least 21 years of age

ARE YOU EXPERIENCED?

 Previous management or leadership experience required

 Customer service experience preferred, preferably in a restaurant environment
