If dogs in your neighborhood are problem barkers, here’s a resource you might suggest to their owners. I’m sure this won’t work for everyone (not everyone can afford it, timing doesn’t work, some people maybe don’t care to spend the time), but at least it gives neighbors something positive to suggest. (You could accompany the suggestion with a plate of cookies.)
