    My wife and I are planning on renting our house. Does anyone have a solid recommendation for a background check service? Looking for both credit and criminal background check services.

    We use backgroundcheck.com for back groung checking our employees. It have worked well and we haven’t had any issues.

    We have used National Tenant Network for many years with great success.

    I do my checks through the Rental Housing Association.
