Snap Fitness is coming to West Seattle and we are in search of the right individual to help make our new Jefferson Square club a success!

Are you interested in making a difference in people’s lives while helping us to grow our business? If so, then look no further, we need YOU!

Our new ASSISTANT MANAGER must be an energetic, self-motivating individual who is committed to health and fitness. A person with diverse skills and the ability to adapt and perform in multiple roles is a must. Honesty, loyalty, personal integrity and a good work ethic are prerequisites for this position. Must be comfortable with sales and marketing, be self-directed and able to work without direct supervision. We need an outgoing and people-friendly person.

Duties to include membership sales, club orientations, member training and support, facility maintenance as well as basic computer use. The right individual will be punctual, neat and compulsive when it comes to providing excellent customer service.

This position is currently part time and offers an hourly base pay as well as commission based upon performance. Hours will include evenings and weekends, but may vary so the willingness to be flexible is important. Personal training background is a plus!

This is an entry level position but the right candidate will be on track for a full time management position overseeing multiple clubs.

We would prefer to have someone living in West Seattle who knows the community and can help us to create a “neighborhood” feel for our new club.

Free workouts are a great bonus!
