So sorry I forgot to mention the rent is $675. There is one bedroom and it’s a spacious apartment. It’s on 35th and Webster,

has off street parking.

that sounds like a good deal..

not good enough for me to move my two dogs and hubby in:)

but well worth checking out if you are living small and househunting…

Do you have any pictures of it? That sounds like a great deal. Also, do you allow cats and is there laundry in the unit or the building?

I believe it has a laundry room, and there is also a laundromat in the front of the building along with a coffee house (Cafe Osita – formerly Coffee at the Heights. There are also cats around (often left behind), so my guess is yes – and PLEASE keep it indoors. Also right on bus line … and across the street from John’s Deli and Red Star Pizza
