Any group that can use two rain barrels?

I have two ran barrels I no longer need. I am wondering is there is a pea patch group or other group that could use them.

Unfortunately pea patches don’t usually have roofs to collect water near them but that would be ideal.

I’ve been thinking about getting another one or two. What size are they and do they have spigots already attached to them? Thanks!
