a water barrel, Magnolia bush, and two chairs go into a bar… For SALE!

I need to get rid of the following:

1) A Magnoia bush in my parking strip. It is in prime veggie garden space and I need that baby gone. I have had the typical Craigslist flakiness so I am trying folks that are local to dig this bad boy up. It is free to a good home. It needs to be gone by the 28th. I am flexible with that date but not by too much.

2) Water barrel in my side yard. It has a wee leak in the base where the spout comes out that could be fixed with some plumbing tape. I am asking $35 for it but is you offer me $30 I am gonna’ take it.

3) Two chairs. I can’t describe them except to say that they are wooden and very sturdy. The chairs look about 70s vintage, maybe early 80s. They are in decent condition. I am asking $40 for the two but I am open to discussion. Make an offer.

I am not super savy with the options on here so patience with my response is appreciated.
