I left Wisconsin for Rhode Island, then left Rhody for the great PNW. I really dislike the snow and I thought I’d finally left it behind! Ugh! I’m thankful to be holed up with my fabulous roomies and a few bottles of wine, but this is getting a little old! But the wine keeps us warm, so that’s something.

I’m all for a tiki party when the snow stops!

I think the things I like to do I can still pretty much do-so it’s not thwarting much here. I was REALLy worried about losing power so having it is helping my mood. I also like the idea of a tiki party. :)

It is weird that is has been snowing for a week. Like an alternate universe!

An alternate universe in which I don’t have to go to work! I am lucky enough to have a boss who tells me to “be safe” and stay home … though I will admit I do not know (yet) if these days are eating into my vacation hours.

ya that is very cool. i’ve been reading a lot of others are dealing with hardcore bosses who simply do not care!
