    Hi there-

I am trying to help a really great au pair who would like to stay for a second year. She loves Seattle and would really like to stay in the area.

Yesenia is 25 and is from Mexico. She is currently caring for 4 year old twins who just adore her. Her current host mother just raves about her, but they do not need an au pair for next year. She is available to go to a new family in May.

Au Pairs can provide up to 45 hours a week of child care. The cost is around $355 per week. You get flexibility, peace of mind, and an amazing cultural exchange.

If you are interested or know someone who might be please let me know. I would really like to help Yesenia find a family in Seattle.

Just giving my 2 cents here. I am in no way affiliated with Krista or her company, but I am a lifelong West Seattleite :). We recently got an au pair from Mexico ourselves (in January) to care for our twin boys, and it was THE best decision we could have ever made. Foremost financially, as we save approximately $1000 a month from what we paid a nanny before our au pair. Secondly, you have someone there to help care for your kids all the time! What a relief for those times when I need to head to the store for something, or want to go for a quick run, or am stuck at work late. If anyone is looking for child care and has the room for a live in provider, go the route of an au pair. I only wish we had done it sooner!

Thanks Andrea. I felt the same way when we got our first au apair over 7 years ago. I wish we had known about them sooner. I have several au pairs living in West Seattle and they just love it here. We have such great families and a great community. I would love to find her a home here.
