I was SO sad about Pioneer organics. Let me share my experience. The first “SPUD” delivery arrived, several items had mold on them. I contacted customer service and never heard back. Since it was the first week, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second delivery arrived and even more items were bad. Again, I contacted customer service and never heard back. Third week same thing, this time I suspended my account with an explanation as to why. I said I would resume if they would make changes, no response back. I gave them a couple weeks and then canceled my account. A week later I got an email back apologizing and letting me know they credited my account $40. Uh… Ok, but what am I supposed to do since I canceled my account? :) Even the SPUD newsletter was much smaller than the Pioneer organics one. I miss them. :(
