The D’s had the Presidency, House and Filibuster-proof majority in the Senate in 2009 and 2010. They passed no budget or any other constructive legislation, and blew money like they owned a printer…oh wait. Then in a display of hyper-partisanship, Obama rammed Obamacare down our throats (on Christmas Eve) with ZERO votes from any Republicans, and many Dems voting against it.
That pissed people off because in 2008 a lot of people believed in the hopey changey stuff, and sent in the new guy to unite our country. They saw that Obama is just another corrupt politician who fooled the masses with a teleprompter and a smile.
The way Obamacare was rammed through awakened the Tea Party, who organized (ironically) got out the vote, and handed Obama his ass in a landslide in 2010. A term I call the Obama-Bubble.
From about that point on, Obama stopped working, started campaigning and raising money for 2012. Two years of blaming Bush, then 2 years of Air Force One Fund raisers.
Now we are going on almost 4 years of blaming Bush, over 100 rounds of golf, a downgraded country, constant 8%+ unemployment, no jobs, more food stamps, endless fund raisers, and a president who has no idea how business works, and no idea how to fix it.
So, do Americans want 4 more years of this, or are we ready to turn it around?
